智通财经APP讯，北大资源(00618)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年9月30日止6个月期间将取得约人民币18亿元至人民币20亿元的溢利，而于截至2024年9月30日止6个月集团则取得亏损约人民币13.55亿元。
集团期间的预期溢利主要因为：(i)于2025年8月，公司将全资附属公司安泰国际投资集团(香港)有限公司的全部股权注入一间合伙企业，取得出售收益约人民币23.14亿元。出售公司持有的16间附属公司，其中6间在中国从事物业发展业务;(ii)前述交易完成后，集团已不再拥有任何处于开发阶段的房地产开发项目，进而与出售集团的相关的财务费用及预期负债拨备大幅减少。
