三星电子周五宣布，任命移动业务负责人TM Roh为新任联合首席执行官，同时兼任设备体验部门负责人。该部门负责监管三星的手机、电视及家电业务。
此次任命标志着三星重新回归传统的联合 CEO 架构 —— 这种架构下，芯片部门与消费电子部门的管理职责相互分离。此前，由于联合 CEO Han Jong-Hee于今年 3 月意外离世，三星一度采用单一 CEO 的运营模式。
自Han Jong-Hee去世后，Roh从 4 月起便一直担任消费电子业务的临时负责人。
在此之前，三星已于本月早些时候任命了业务支持办公室的新任负责人。业务支持办公室是这家科技巨头的核心决策机构，直接服务于董事长李在镕。
分析师表示，该办公室由此前的 “专项工作组” 升级而来，如今是三星集团内部的核心战略部门，相当于 “迷你指挥中心”。三星集团是韩国最大的企业集团，业务范围覆盖芯片、智能手机、船舶制造及制药等领域；而业务支持办公室的核心职能是协调集团旗下各业务单元与子公司的运作。
