Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC) reported 202 unsold completed homes as of Oct. 31, down from 257 unsold completed homes in the quarter ended June 30, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said that out of 240 contracts on hand, 150 homes will be available for settlement in the fiscal year 2026.
Shares of the company fell past 3% in recent Friday trade.
