智通财经APP讯，中国新城镇(01278)发布公告，于2025年11月20日，本公司、本公司全资附属公司CNTD Success Company Limited(发行人)及无锡市交通产业集团有限公司(无锡交通集团)就发行人将予发行的2028年到期、息率2.95厘的人民币15亿元债券(债券)与债券承销商(承销商)订立认购协议(认购协议)，并将受益于无锡交通集团提供的维好及流动性支持契据以及股权购买承诺契据。
经扣除就发售债券应付的佣金及其他预计开支后，所得款项净额将用于为发行人现有离岸债务进行再融资。
