Alterity Therapeutics (ASX:ATH) said that Non-Executive Chairman Geoffrey Kempler has retired, effective Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Julian Barbaczy has been appointed as non-executive chair to succeed Kempler, effective immediately after the close of the annual general meeting on the same day, the filing added.
