BOE Varitronix's Trustee Buys Back Shares Under Incentive Scheme; Shares Slip 4%

BOE Varitronix (HKG:0710) trustee bought back a little over 1 million shares for about HK$4.9 million, or HK$4.86 apiece, under an award scheme, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the liquid crystal display manufacturer were down nearly 4% in Friday afternoon trading.
The shares represent 0.127% of the firm's issued share capital.
From April 8 to Nov. 20, the trustee bought back 6.2 million, or 0.781%, shares in the company.
