Embark Early Education (ASX:EVO) has updated the dates for its proposed off-market takeover of Mayfield Childcare (ASX:MFD), now targeting Dec. 19 for Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) lodgment of its bidder's statement and Jan. 5, 2026, for dispatch, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company had previously indicated it would lodge the bidder's statement with ASIC by Nov. 24 and dispatch it to shareholders by Dec. 9, per the filing.
