消息面上，11月21日，南旋控股公布截至2025年9月30日止六个月的未经审核综合中期业绩，收益约28.305亿港元，同比增长1.6%；公司拥有人应占溢利3.36亿港元，同比增长12.7%；每股盈利14.7港仙，每股中期股息11港仙。
公告称，纯利增加乃主要由于集团面料业务表现有所提升及集团男装及女装针织产品表现持续强劲而导致毛利增加，而该增加被快速出货量上升以致运输成本增加；及因业务范围扩展而增加的员工成本部分抵销。
