智通财经APP讯，苏奥传感(300507.SZ)公告，公司于2025年11月21日召开2025年第一次临时股东会选举产生了公司第六届董事会非独立董事和独立董事，同日，公司召开职工代表大会选举产生了1名职工代表董事，与股东会选举产生的非职工代表董事共同组成了公司第六届董事会，本次董事会的换届选举已经完成。根据公司股东李宏庆先生与中创新航科技集团股份有限公司(简称“中创新航”)签署的《股份转让协议》及《表决权放弃协议》约定，公司控股股东于2025年11月21日由李宏庆先生变更为中创新航，公司无实际控制人。
