CTS International Logistics (SHA:603128) plans to dispose subsidiary Wuhan Huamao Supply Chain Services through public listing, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese logistics provider's shares rose 1% at the close of Monday's trade.
The floor price is set at 299.5 million yuan, but the final price is yet to be negotiated.
