南方财经11月21日电，辉瑞公司今日宣布，全球首款只需每周一次固定剂量皮下注射的非因子创新药物友瑞宁®（通用名：马塔西单抗）已获中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）正式批准上市，适用于患有不存在凝血因子VIII抑制物的重型A型血友病（先天性凝血因子VIII缺乏，FVIII<1%）或不存在凝血因子IX抑制物的重型B型血友病（先天性凝血因子IX缺乏，FIX<1%）且体重 ≥ 35 kg的 12 岁及以上儿童和成人患者的常规预防治疗，以防止出血或降低出血发作的频率。（21世纪经济报道）
