Green Build Technology (SGX:Y06) completed the placement of around 50 million shares, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The new shares will be listed and quoted on Nov. 26, with trading expected to commence on the same date.
Shares of the manufacturer and seller of packaging products were up over 6% at the close of trade on Monday.
