　　浪潮数字企业此前发布公告进行闪电配售，将向不少于6名承配人配售最多6763.4万股，所得款项总额为4.94亿港元。此外，董事会建议公司将注册地从开曼群岛迁移至中国香港。

　　第一上海表示，本次配售承配人数量不少于6名且均为长线投资者，其中核心投资者为知名产业投资人CPE源峰资本，其配售额度占比超60%。此外，公司正积极推进注册地由开曼群岛迁回香港的筹备工作，同步探索回归A股上市的潜在机会，此举既能帮助公司降低综合融资成本，又能助力估值修复，为后续业务持续拓展与长期发展注入更强动力。
