智通财经APP讯，城市酷选(08050)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年9月30日止六个月取得公司拥有人应占溢利约1117.5万港元，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约449.6万港元。
董事会认为，上述扭亏为盈乃主要由于集团于报告期内确认一次性其他收入及收益估计金额1611万港元，原因为根据日期均为2025年8月25日的该等豁免契据豁免公司结欠一名前董事(即何征女士)的未偿还董事贷款总额480万港元及公司结欠一名前股东(即Happy On Holdings Limited)的未偿还股东贷款总额1085万港元。
