据知情人士透露，汇丰控股的瑞士私人银行正提高部分员工薪酬，以防止人才流失。

　　因讨论内部事务而要求匿名的知情人士称，汇丰的该瑞士分支机构已在提高包括客户经理在内的员工薪酬。近几个月来，该部门已有多名员工离职，包括临时负责人John Shipman —— 他上月离职加入巴克莱。

　　汇丰还特邀其中东业务主席提供咨询。知情人士透露，该行管理层已派遣Samir Assaf协助瑞士私人银行。这位前全球银行与市场业务主管，目前是集团主席及首席执行官的顾问，正在日内瓦开展工作。

　　汇丰在一份声明中回应有关留任薪金的置评请求时表示：“汇丰持续吸引顶尖人才，并投资于我们的员工。”关于Assaf的职责，汇丰回应称：“我们的战略是大幅拓展财富管理业务。”
