智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，11月21日，宁德时代(03750)股东将股票由高盛(亚洲)证券转入花旗银行，转仓市值29.05亿港元，占比3.86%。
宁德时代近50%的H股IPO锁定股份已于11月20日起解禁，约7750万股面临潜在抛售。小摩表示，中石化等部分策略投资者不太可能出售股份，但基于宁德时代股价较上市价高107%，而且H股现价较A股溢价23%，这在双重上市股份中极为罕见，故股份解禁将对股价出现一定压力。
值得注意的是，宁德时代股东黄世霖拟通过询价转让方式，转让公司股份4563.24万股，占公司截至2025年11月13日总股本的1%。11月17日晚间，询价申购情况披露，初步确定询价转让价格为376.12元/股。以此计算，黄世霖将套现171.63亿元。公开信息显示，黄世霖是宁德时代的联合创始人，曾担任公司副董事长、副总经理。目前，黄世霖直接持有宁德时代10.21%的股权，为公司第三大股东。
