德国公债收益率周一盘初小幅下挫，但德债与美债收益率之差仍接近一个月来最小，此前一位美联储高官表示12月可能降息，在上周尾声提振了美债价格。

　　纽约联储总裁威廉姆斯（John Williams）周五表示，利率“可能在短期内下降”，这促使交易商迅速对美联储12月降息的可能性进行定价。

　　指 10年期德国公债收益率上周收盘时离六周高点不远，周一早盘下跌 1 个基点，报 2.688%，较美国可比公债收益率贴水幅度收窄至 136.4 个基点，几乎是 10 月下旬以来的最小值。

　　在欧元区货币政策方面，欧洲央行管委米勒（Madis Müller）和科赫（Martin Kocher）周五在一次小组讨论会上表示，欧洲央行预计通胀率将暂时维持在2%的目标水平左右，同时仍呼吁保持警惕。

　　“尽管欧洲央行仍按兵不动，但我们认为宏观前景虽然疲弱，不过还没有恶化到足以改变其言论或政策立场的地步。会议纪要应会提供执委会如何看待经济前景风险平衡的最新视角，”Jefferies分析师在一份说明中说。

　　德国商业信心调查将于周一公布。预计Ifo的11月商业景气指数将从10月份的88.4升至88.5。
