智通财经APP讯，中港石油(00632)发布公告，于2025年11月24日，辽宁港油科技有限公司(港油，本公司一间于中国注册成立的间接全资附属有限公司)与浙江都美电气技术股份有限公司(都美)订立了市场发展服务协议，而棕榈能源(海南)有限公司(棕榈能源，本公司一间于中国注册成立的间接全资附属有限公司)与都美订立了技术服务及开发协议。根据市场发展服务协议及技术服务及开发协议，港油同意向都美提供市场发展服务，且棕榈能源同意向都美提供技术服务及开发，以于中国及海外的油田销售智能油气开采设备。
本集团凭藉其开采及生产知识及专业能力，已将为智能油气开采设备制造商提供市场发展服务及技术服务及开发，识别为具有强劲增长潜力且与其现有业务营运产生协同效应的关键领域。该等协议乃在本集团一般及正常业务过程中订立。透过订立该等协议，本集团得以将提供市场发展服务以及技术服务及开发正式确立为其主要业务分部之一，从而扩大其财务收入基础。
