智通财经APP讯，皇冠环球集团(00727)公布，董事会建议，在满足若干条件的前提下，按“1供3”基准发行最多约9.54亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目概无变动)，每股供股股份0.65港元，较较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.81港元折让约19.75%。假设供股获悉数认购，净筹约6.18亿港元，拟悉数用于发展该土地。
该土地位于中国广东省深圳市前海新区港城路，总占地面积约8,720平方米。该土地由集团于2025年8月 20日向独立第三方收购，代价为人民币8500万元。集团拟将该土地开发为两座住宅大厦，包含总建筑面积约71,000平方米的住宅单位。该项目总开发成本估计约为人民币16亿元。公司已与建筑公司协商，公司将支付不超过人民币6亿元的建筑成本首期款项，余款将于物业销售后支付。
