格隆汇11月24日丨元力控股(01933.HK)公告，根据董事会目前可获得的资料以及集团截至2025年9月30日止六个月(“报告期”)未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，集团预计录得收入约人民币1.2亿元至1.3亿元之间，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月(“上年同期”)则录得收入约人民币1.8亿元。集团预计报告期股东应占亏损约人民币6,600万元至人民币7,100万元之间，上年同期股东应占亏损约人民币1,400万元。报告期收入下降及股东应占亏损增加主要由于以下原因： 报告期收入下降主要由于项目数量减少。为加强现金流管理，集团减少了回款周期较长的项目。 报告期股东应占亏损是由于：(i)因市场竞争加剧，集团对新项目调整报价以获得长期客户；及(ii)减值损失的增加。 尽管报告期出现股东应占亏损，集团保持稳健的业务运营。董事会对集团未来财年的业绩持积极乐观态度。集团将持续注重技术产品研发及人才建设，提升技术与产品竞争力，抓住中国内地能源互联网及新基建领域的发展机遇，为股东创造更大价值。
