Nanshan Aluminium International's (HKG:2610) CFO, Wang Shisan, resigned due to other work arrangements in Shandong Nanshan Aluminium (SHA:600219), a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The Chinese aluminum company named Han Yanhong as its new CFO.
Han has been the finance director of certain of the company's units, before which she held various positions in Shandong Nanshan Aluminium.
