智通财经APP讯，远东发展(00035)公布，该集团预期截至2025年9月30日止六个月取得股东应占亏损不超过港币9.9亿元，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月的股东应占亏损则约为港币7.7亿元。亏损主要由于物业销售减少及各项减值亏损(包括待售物业 的减值亏损，以及分占一间联营公司及一间合营公司确认的减值亏损)所致。
尽管预期录得亏损，惟根据董事会对目前可得资料的初步评估，预期该集团截至2025年9月30日止六个月的经调整现金溢利(非公认会计原则财务计量)将不少于港币1.8亿元，而2024年同期则约为港币3300万元，并预期集团于2025年9月 30日 的经调整净资产负债比率(非公认会计原则财务计量)与集团于2025年3月31日的经调整净资产负债比率相比有所改善。
