Metals manufacturer Hindalco Industries (NSE:HINDALCO, BOM:500440) reported a fire incident at the New York plant of its subsidiary Novelis on Nov. 20, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
There were no reported injuries due to the incident, and all workers at the plant were safely evacuated.
The company's shares were down over 2% in recent trade.
