穆迪评级在最新报告中指出，虽然澳大利亚监管审查趋严，但私人信贷市场仍将保持扩张态势。数据显示，当前该国私人信贷增速已超越银行贷款增长，截至8月末非银行贷款机构（含私人信贷）市场份额达信贷总量8.7%，较九年前5.4%的占比显著提升。

　　报告称，随着企业愈发寻求银行信贷与资本市场融资之外的替代方案，市场对私人信贷的需求将持续增长。除商业地产融资需求外，穆迪预计数据中心建设融资需求将快速攀升。

　　“私人信贷在可再生能源开发等温室气体减排项目中正发挥愈加关键的作用，这类具备ESG属性的项目将成为重要增量市场。”报告特别强调。分析认为，保险公司和养老金等机构投资者持续注入资金，将继续驱动该领域创新发展。
