智通财经APP讯，中国新消费集团(08275)发布公告，于2025年11月24日(交易时段后)，配售代理与本公司订立配售协议，据此配售代理同意按尽力基准，按每股配售股份约0.10港元的价格向不少于6名承配人配售最多1.44亿股配售股份。
假设于本公告日期至完成日期期间本公司已发行股本并无变动，则配售股份的最高数目约占本公司经配发及发行配售股份经扩大的已发行股本约15.00%。配售股份将根据一般授权配发及发行，且将毋须获得股东批准。配售价0.10港元乃参考股份现行市价，经本公司与配售代理公平磋商后厘定，且较于2025年11月24日联交所所报收市价0.105港元折让约4.76%。
预计配售事项的最高所得款项总额及最高所得款项净额将分别约为1440万港元及约1420万港元。本公司拟动用该等配售事项所得款项净额如下：(i)约720万港元或配售事项所得款项净额的50.70%拟拨作购置机械以供租赁及营业之用;及(ii)约700万港元或配售事项所得款项净额的49.30%拟拨作本公司的金融服务业务(包括但不限于放款业务)之用。
