路透悉尼11月21日 - 澳大利亚周五阻止了美国制药商Cosette Pharmaceuticals对Mayne Pharma MYX.AX提出的6.72亿澳元(4.35亿美元) 的收购要约，称该收购不符合国家利益。
今年2月，Cosette出价每股7.40澳元收购Mayne，但后来又试图退出。它威胁说，如果交易继续进行，将关闭梅恩在阿德莱德的生产厂，该厂有 200 名员工。
在做出这一决定后，Mayne 的股价下跌了 23% 至 4.45 澳元，公司也暂时停止了交易。
