本报讯（邱琳 聂维 记者刘莉）记者17日从冰城海关获悉，近日，冰城海关与哈尔滨市香坊区政府、哈尔滨综合保税区管委会联合举办海关高级认证企业（AEO）颁证仪式暨政策宣讲会。
活动中，2025年获得海关高级认证企业资质的黑龙江卓达国际货运代理有限公司、哈尔滨东浩兰生供应链有限公司获颁AEO证书；海关工作人员面向20余家重点外贸企业宣讲解读中国海关AEO制度、海关指定监管场地、海关特殊监管区域等方面政策措施。截至目前，哈尔滨市共有AEO企业14家，数量居省内各地市首位，占比接近四成。
AEO即“经认证的经营者”，是海关最高信用等级企业。AEO制度是世界海关组织倡导的，由海关对企业的信用状况、守法程度和安全水平进行认证，通过认证的企业可以享受中国海关职责范围内给予的最优服务，包含降低查验率、提供协调员服务等45项便利化措施，在AEO互认国家（地区）享受对方给予的快速通关等便利化待遇，还可以享受多部门提供的绿色通道等49项联合激励措施。
