智通财经APP讯，中国国家文化产业(00745)发布公告，于2025年11月24日，公司与甘肃演艺集团文旅产业发展有限公司(甘肃演艺集团)订立不具法律约束的谅解备忘录。
根据谅解备忘录，公司与甘肃演艺集团拟成立一家合资公司，其合作前提为甘肃演艺集团须取得《乐动敦煌 • 盛世妙音》(舞台剧)的法定授权书及项目计划书。合资公司将负责舞台剧的全球演出及推广事宜。合资公司的投资将不少于2000万港元。
董事会认为，与甘肃演艺集团的合作一旦落实，将推动公司的电影分部的拓展，并为公司于中国市场的进一步发展提供良机，原因为与中国国有企业开展合作属战略性举措，可显著加速我们的市场拓展进程。主要优势在于能立即接入其庞大且根基深厚的本地商业网络，有助开拓新供应商、分销商及主要相关方的合作渠道。此外，与国有企业建立合作关系(该等企业本身具备内在信誉及良好声誉)，可即时提升公司在本地客户及商业合作伙伴眼中的地位及正当性。这种稳固的联系与声誉资本的结合，对于奠定坚实基础至关重要，使我们得以更有效地运作，并为我们在该地区持续的成功与增长铺平道路。
