0416 GMT - BYD's domestic revenue will likely record around 5% growth in 2026, Daiwa analysts say, noting the company plans to launch new technology to boost sales next year. BYD may be challenged to reach high sales volume growth with only a few model launches, they say.The company's "God's Eye" autonomous driving system, launched earlier this year, has failed to drive incremental sales. YD will need a new leading technology on par with its DM-I5 technology in 2024, they say. BYD needs to launch new technologies that improve the uniqueness of its models alongside attractive pricing, they say. However, given a relatively low base this year, the downside risk for BYD's domestic sales should be limited, Daiwa says.(jiahui.huang@wsj.com; @ivy_jiahuihuang)
