证券日报网讯中集集团11月24日发布公告，在公司回答调研者提问时表示，公司一直将市值管理作为高质量发展的重要抓手之一。在公司经营上，公司将继续围绕提质增效稳发展、构建增长新动能的战略主题，通过增强回报率、促进新兴战略业务发展等举措，推动高质量增长。在市值管理举措上，公司积极响应监管政策，已通过股份回购计划、积极分红派息、深化市场沟通等方式，提振投资者信心。今年以来，公司相继推出不超过5亿港元的H股回购，以及3亿-5亿元人民币（含）的A股股份回购计划，以维护公司价值及股东权益。回购计划的稳步推进，也体现了公司管理层对长期发展的坚定信心。未来，公司将继续结合实际经营情况及市场环境，认真研究，综合统筹施策，希望随着时间的推移，股价能够真实反映出公司的内涵价值。
