智通财经APP讯，WANG ON GROUP(01222)发布截至2025年9月30日止6个月的中期业绩，该集团取得收入12.08亿港元，同比减少1.79%;母公司权益持有人应占亏损3.54亿港元，去年同期溢利8577.1万港元;每股基本亏损2.5港仙。
公告称，收入变动主要由于销售及交付中国香港的已竣工住宅项目增加，被若干项目(包括但不限于)在中国的物业销售减少的综合影响所抵销。母公司权益持有人应占亏损乃主要由于(其中包括)(i)本期间出售一项酒店项目的合营企业20%权益产生的出售亏损;(ii)应占合营企业溢利减少，主要由于商业房地产市场持续低迷;(iii)交付已竣工住宅项目的毛利减少;及(iv)本期间出售按公平值计入其他全面收益的债务投资产生的已变现亏损，被本期间因利率下降导致的融资成本较对应期间减少所部分抵销。
