消息面上，MIRXES公布，公司近期与云南沃森生物技术订立谅解备忘录，订约方同意就创建以RNA为中心的预防及精准医疗平台建立战略合作伙伴关系，并涵盖共同开发、临床试验及注册以及销售及分销。谅解备忘录的期限自签署日期起为期两年。
公告称，透过发挥本公司与沃森的互补优势，此项合作将创造协同效应，并将公司先进的RNA诊断技术、专有及以亚洲为中心的疾病RNA数据库、于东盟的生产及监管能力(包括该地区内首个工业4.0核酸检测及试剂生产基地以及在东盟当地的分销渠道)与沃森专有的mRNA疫苗技术、强劲的临床管线及其顶尖疫苗以及治疗药物生产基础设施结合，继而创建一个涵盖研发及商业部署的协同预防及精准医疗平台。
