智通财经APP获悉，纳微半导体(NVTS.US)通过与WT微电子签署战略分销协议，整合了其在亚洲的分销网络。此次合作将增强纳维在亚洲地区领先的氮化镓与碳化硅功率器件的技术支持和供应链服务。
根据合作协议，WT微电子将主导客户对接、设计导入活动及区域物流管理，确保纳维产品在亚洲地区的稳定供应与快速交付。
纳微半导体的核心战略是从低利润的移动消费电子市场转向高增长、高功率的AI数据中心、能源和工业市场。
今年5月，5月21日，纳微半导体宣布与英伟达合作开发下一代800伏高压直流(HVDC)架构，为包括Rubin Ultra在内的GPU提供支持的“Kyber”机架级系统供电。纳微半导体的氮化镓和碳化硅技术将在这一合作中发挥关键作用。
据悉，新的电源架构旨在解决AI工厂(即专为大规模人工智能与高性能计算负载而设计的数据中心)中的电力分配挑战。传统的机架内54伏电源分配已无法满足多兆瓦级机柜的功率密度需求。凭借流动比率高达8.23、债务股权比仅为0.02的强劲资产负债表，纳微半导体在为其技术进步项目提供资金方面处于有利地位。
