南财智讯11月27日电，中国织材控股（03778.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，于2025年11月27日，公司间接全资附属公司江西金源作为买方，与第三方卖方村田机械株式会社签订采购合约，拟采购12套村田喷气涡流纺纱机（每套有96个纺锭），总代价为4740万美元。代价将以即期信用证于2025年12月15日前全额支付，设备预计于2026年4月交付。本次采购旨在提升生产效率及节能水平，采用无锭纺技术的喷气涡流纺纱机相比传统环锭纺技术具有高速、高品质、短流程和低成本等优势。董事会认为交易条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益，所需资金将由集团内部资金及银行贷款支付。
