香港二手楼价指数连升三周，反映主要大型屋苑二手住宅楼市走势的中原城市领先指数(CCL)最新报143.46点，按周升0.68%，是10月30日第二次减息后的首周市况。楼市气氛畅旺，市场上笋盘陆续被消耗，买家加快入市步伐，二手买卖增多，刺激楼价向升。中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出，CCL连升3周共2.22%，向上升穿143.02点目标，创2024年6月初后76周新高。楼价升势持续，业主心态转强，收窄议价空间及部分反价，买家需时适应，预料今年底CCL企稳143点水平，今年楼价暂时累升4.23%。
