Electronic technology shares gained the most on New Zealand's Exchange, rising nearly 6% by midday Friday.
Shares of ikeGPS Group (NZE:IKE, ASX:IKE) rose almost 8% in recent trade.
The company on Friday said it received notice that Regal Funds Management, a unit of Regal Partners (ASX:RPL), raised its holdings in the company to 9.284% from 8.252%.
Meanwhile, the commercial services sector fell past 1%.
The company on Friday raised its earnings guidance for the fiscal year 2026, now expecting underlying earnings of NZ$20 million to NZ$24 million, up from the NZ$18 million to NZ$22 million range forecast in July.
