BUZZ-Australia's Prophecy hits 8-year low on termination of Complexia merger
** Shares of Prophecy International Holdings PRO.AX fall as much as 29.7% to A$0.13, their lowest level since February 2013
** Steepest fall since February 2017
** Software designer terminates agreement of proposed merger with AI software company Complexia
** Both parties will consider if there are mutually beneficial opportunities to collaborate in relation to product implementation going forward, co says
** About 243,000 shares change hands, 4.2 times the 30-day avg
** Stock is down 71.7% YTD, including the session's moves
