Chrysos Says CSIRO Cuts Stake by Half; Shares Fall 6%

Chrysos (ASX:C79) said that the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) sold about 10.8 million of the company's shares, representing about half of its investment, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
CSIRO now owns an about a 9% stake in the company, and does not intend to further reduce its stake in the neat term, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 6% in recent Wednesday trade.
