Jindalee Lithium Says Share Purchase Plan Raises AU$1.5 Million, Shares Fall 5%

Jindalee Lithium (ASX:JLL) completed the allocation and issuance of shares and options under its share purchase plan, raising total proceeds of AU$1.5 million, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

A total of 2,720,065 fully-paid ordinary shares of the firm were issued at AU$0.55 per share. Eligible shareholders also received one option for each share allotted, exercisable at AU$0.825 and expiring Nov. 30, 2028.

It will use the proceeds to advance the McDermitt lithium project in the US.

Its shares fell 5% in recent trading on Thursday.
