Mori Hills REIT Investment Sets Rate for 1 Billion Yen Borrowing

Mori Hills REIT Investment (TYO:3234) fixed the interest rate for its 1 billion yen borrowing from The 77 Bank at 1.47157%, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The unsecured, unguaranteed loan is scheduled for drawdown on Dec. 1, with full principal repayment on May 31, 2030.

Interest payments will be made semi-annually on May 31 and Nov. 30, starting May 2026.
