IT之家 11 月 27 日消息，OpenAI 今日表示，其使用的第三方网络数据分析服务提供商 Mixpanel 被攻击者未经授权访问，部分 OpenAI API 的用户可能因此遭遇数据泄露。
OpenAI 将 Mixpanel 的服务用于 platform.openai.com 前端界面的网络分析。在 Mixpanel 通知后 OpenAI 已终止使用 Mixpanel。本次安全事件中 OpenAI 自身系统完好，ChatGPT 和其它产品的用户也不在受影响的行列。
OpenAI 表示，攻击 Mixpanel 的黑客可能已获取了部分 OpenAI 用户的账户名称、关联电子邮箱、大致位置信息、访问所用操作系统与浏览器、推荐网站、相关组织或用户 ID。但聊天记录、API 请求、API 使用数据、密码、凭证、API 密钥、支付详情或政府颁发的身份信息均未泄露或受到损害。
