南财智讯11月27日电，中国银行（证券代码03988.HK）公告，公司建议派发截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期股息，每股派发现金红利0.1094元（每10股1.094元）。本次股息派发日为2026年1月23日，除净日为2025年12月2日，记录日期为2025年12月10日。股东可选择以人民币收取股息，选择权截止时间为2026年1月5日16:30。公司将于指定时间暂停办理股份过户登记手续，由2025年12月4日至2025年12月10日。对于非居民企业及个人股东，公司将按10%税率代扣代缴所得税；港股通投资者则按20%税率执行。
