ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Defiant 报道，欧洲央行（ECB）最新报告指出，稳定币对金融稳定构成风险，若投资者对其赎回能力失去信心可能引发脱锚。报告称，Tether 和 Circle 作为美国国债最大持有者之一，若发生挤兑恐引发储备资产抛售，冲击 25 万亿美元美债市场。
ECB 批评稳定币因其固有脆弱性及与传统金融的关联性构成金融稳定风险，并指出收益型稳定币可能分流银行存款。MiCA 法规已禁止收益型稳定币，美国银行业也呼吁类似禁令。
根据 DeFiLlama 数据，稳定币市值已突破 3,000 亿美元，USDT 和 USDC 占比超 85%。尽管银行业施压，在特朗普政府推动下，美国仍持续拥抱稳定币产业。7 月通过的 GENIUS 法案旨在降低 DeFi 稳定币风险，预期将对收益型稳定币施压。
