智通财经APP讯，航亚科技(688510.SH)发布公告，为进一步优化公司战略布局，拓宽海外市场业务，公司拟在新加坡设立子公司“Hyatech Investments Singapore PTE. LTD.”、在马来西亚设立孙公司“Hyatech (Malaysia) SDN. BHD.”，投资金额不超过7000万美元(折合人民币约5亿元)。本次对外投资有利于提升公司综合竞争力，符合公司长远发展规划，对公司经营具有积极的战略意义。
