据悉，作为碳化硅半导体材料行业领军企业，天岳先进目前已实现全系列12英寸碳化硅衬底的技术攻关，把碳化硅衬底行业带入12英寸时代五矿证券发布研报称，按照当前产能，我们预计2027年SiC衬底供需紧平衡；若AR眼镜渗透率、AI散热材料进展超预期，将出现产能供应紧张的可能性。
