智通财经APP讯，麦迪森控股(08057)发布公告，于2025年11月28日(于联交所交易时段后)，公司(作为发行人)与 SRA(作为认购人)订立第三份购股权协议，据此，公司已有条件同意按名义代价1.00港元向SRA授出购股权，可于购股权期限内行使，而SRA有权根据第三份购股权协议的条款及条件于行使购股权时要求公司按购股权价格每股购股权股份1.03港元配发及发行最多85,922,330股购股权股份。
购股权完成须待(其中包括)第三份贷款展期协议已成为无条件(第三份购股权协议成为无条件的条件除外)后，方可作实。
