Fairwood (HKG:0052) reported a HK$13.2 million profit attributable to owners for the six months ended Sept. 30, down from HK$15.5 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share for the fiscal first-half came in at HK$0.102, compared with HK$0.1198 in the prior-year period.
Revenue declined 2.3% to HK$1.52 billion, compared with HK$1.55 billion a year earlier.
The board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.05 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable on or before Dec. 31 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 16.
