Peoplein (ASX:PPE) agreed to divest its 79.3% stake in Techforce Personnel for AU$23.5 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction requires standard third-party consent conditions and is anticipated to be completed by December, the filing said.
Peoplein shares rose nearly 3% in afternoon trade.
