智通财经APP讯，圣唐控股(08305)发布公告，由于资本化协议所载的所有先决条件已获满足，完成已于2025年11月27日根据资本化协定的条款及条件进行。合共1.1亿股资本化股份已按每股资本化股份0.285港元的价格配发及发行予向从心先生(董事)，占经配发及发行资本化股份扩大后本公司已发行股本约6.78%。由于以3135万港元的认购价将以等额未偿还款项按一对一比例抵销，因此不会因债务资本化产生任何所得款项。
