消息面上，华油能源发布公告，于2025年11月22日，公司收到秘鲁石油公司PERUPETROS.A.正式通知，已成功通过其综合招标文件所规定的资格审查程序，中标秘鲁塔拉拉油田六区块开发项目，获得该项目区块碳氢化合物开采许可协议的签约权。集团将全面负责该项目区块的开发与运营工作，石油开采的期限为30年。塔拉拉油田位于秘鲁皮乌拉省塔拉拉盆地，该盆地是秘鲁石油工业发源地，区块资源条件成熟。
公告称，该项目的中标标志着集团在南美油气资源开发领域取得重大突破，进一步完善了集团在海外重点区域的业务布局，有助于提升集团在全球油气市场的份额及行业影响力。集团相信，该项目落地将为集团的可持续发展开辟新的空间，集团将继续秉持大力拓展海外潜力项目的发展策略，推进国际化战略布局，深化技术整合与创新应用的运营策略，向成为具有全球竞争力的油气综合服务企业稳步迈进。
